Payment Due Date
All invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the supply of goods.
Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and compensation charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended. This may include interest, fixed recovery costs, and any reasonable additional costs incurred in recovering overdue sums.
Invoice Disputes
Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the invoice as accurate and payable.
Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold further deliveries where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
